This is the view from rooftop of the unit on the corner of Newton Ave and S Evans St (NE corner) looking back towards the Coronado Bridge. The rooftops are flat and can generally be accessed using a ladder from a landing on the 2nd floor. There is no power on the roof, but each building has a ground floor utility closet with hot water heaters and an outlet which could be used for PoE to the roof over Cat-5 (ethernet) cable.
