The utility cabinet contains the water heater for the entire building of four units. As such it has a large diameter water pipe entering from outside. We used this as a ground location for the lightning protection cable that we ran from the roof. Just visible at the bottom of the pipe is the ground pipe connector and gold curl of the ground wire can barely be seeon the left hand side of the connector. The wire itself is buried an inch or so below the ground to keep it out of the way.
