A meraki mini outdoor case. It is made of 3" PVC pipe. Inside is a Meraki mini with an indoor 9 dBi antenna (e.g. like http://wifi-parts.com/2ruduom9drp.html). The cat-5 connector passes through a rj-45 grommet, like http://www.wlanparts.com/product/RJ45-FT). We feed it with a passive PoE injector, http://www.wlanparts.com/product/EBU-101-01, and an 18V plugpack from Mouser (stock # 553-WDU18-600).
