Ah, no problem.
My guess is that you're getting charged more because of location. If you
were to go into say castle access's new NOC in RB (not sure if that's
feasible since I don't know what you're trying to run), you can get closer
to $30/mb at 10mb/sec instead of the $125/mb that they're charging you on
miramar. I have a ton of space in there in case you need some. They only
have cage space at the moment.

It just seemed like you put an emphasis on the word cable, where as I
usually just refer to them as Time Warner or TW so there's no confusion, as
many people don't realize they offer internet services besides those
delivered over coax....didn't mean to insult anyone....just making sure
we're all talking about the same thing.
As far as the carrier neutral NOC, I have no idea...I don't even know how to
go about finding something like that out.
