[SCFN] can our SCFN mailing list do this?

i see our scfn mailing list automatically removes [scrubs out]
html attachments.
i would love to see it automatically remove this:

we shouldnt have to wade thru a page of repeats for a 5 word reply, should
we?
if our list can automatically remove html attachments, it cant be that hard
to also remove
any line which begins with >
